Returns must be requested by phone...not by email or Text.
 

Our Return/Refund Policy: We have a 30 day return policy from the date you receive your kit. (Confirmed by the tracking number) We don't supply return shipping labels. Buyer pays return shipping. Return must be in the original shipping box.

There is a 15% restocking fee calculated on base kit price less the original shipping cost.

Refund will be issued within 2 business days after we receive the kit back in good condition.
